Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales concluded between DUCEE SASU and its customers via the barerituals.fr website.

PRODUCTS

The products offered for sale are the food supplements Bare Glow, Bare Collagen, and The Glow Ritual, described in detail on their respective product sheets.

Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Bare Collagen is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children, or adolescents.

PRICES

Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC). The VAT applicable to food supplements is 5.5%.

Bare Glow: €34.00 incl. tax (subscription: €30.60/month)
Bare Collagen: €39.90 incl. tax (subscription: €35.91/month)
The Glow Ritual: €59.90 incl. tax

DUCEE SASU reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is validated.

ORDER

The order is validated after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email summarizing your order. DUCEE SASU reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of stock issues or fraudulent payment.

PAYMENT

Payments are secured via Shopify Payments (PCI DSS Level 1 certified). Accepted payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and interest-free installment payment in 3 installments available from €50.

DELIVERY

Metropolitan France: €5.90 · free on orders over €59.90 · delivery time 1 to 3 business days.
Belgium and Luxembourg: €8.90 · free on orders over €75.00 · delivery time 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping takes place within 24 business hours following payment confirmation. A tracking email is sent to you upon shipment.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision or pay penalties.

To exercise this right, contact us at hello@barerituals.fr before the period expires. The product must be returned in its original condition, unopened and unused. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

The refund will be made within 14 days following receipt of the returned product, using the payment method used during the order.

Exception: food supplements for which the hygiene seal has been broken after delivery cannot be returned for health protection and hygiene reasons, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.

SUBSCRIPTION

The monthly subscription is without commitment. It can be canceled at any time from your customer account, without conditions or fees. The cancellation takes effect immediately and no further billing will occur after the cancellation.

GUARANTEES

The products comply with European regulations on food supplements (Directive 2002/46/EC). In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, contact us at hello@barerituals.fr.

LIABILITY

DUCEE SASU cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of its products. Food supplements do not replace medical treatment. In case of doubt regarding your state of health, consult a healthcare professional before use.

PERSONAL DATA

The data collected during the order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at barerituals.fr/pages/confidentialite.

APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the courts of Paris shall have sole jurisdiction.

In accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, you may use the consumer mediation service free of charge. The competent mediator is available via the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
